I build systems where people thrive and businesses perform.

I've built five companies, and they all started the same way: I saw something broken in how people get to work, to lead, to be seen, and I decided to fix it myself.

I believe a better society is possible: one where more people get to feel capable, valued, and genuinely happy, not despite the system, but because of it. Every company I've built is really the same project: find what's keeping people stuck, and build something solid enough to move it.

My approach borrows from effectuation, the entrepreneurship theory that says you don't start with a perfect plan, you start with what you already have: your skills, your network, what you're willing to risk. Then you build, test, and let the project tell you what it wants to become. It's how I've built every one of my five companies, and it's what I now teach.

Equity Nation
  • In 2020, I created the Equity Workshop™ (La Fresque de l'Équité) to help teams understand what was holding their talent back. It's grown into Equity Nation: a company that helps organizations build the leadership capability behind high-performing cultures, where every talent can contribute and thrive.
  • Equity Nation isn't a single workshop, it's a full ecosystem built to support organizations through their entire transformation: leadership programs, keynotes, culture audits, governance frameworks, corporate licensing, and formats like our Bias Workshop, Salary Transparency training and guide, and Intergenerational Program. All of it delivered by The Equity Collective, our network of 125+ experienced, certified facilitators across 10 countries.
  • Our biggest engagement to date: a four-day leadership seminar for LCL (Crédit Agricole Group), training 2,000 managers across 40+ cohorts through 2027. Equity Nation clients also include Air Liquide, La Poste, PwC, Groupe Casino, Deloitte, Disney, Universal Music, Bouygues, BNP Paribas, Rothschild & Co, SNCF, EY, Ubisoft, Natran, Iliad, Bertrand Hospitality, Chanel, Rakuten and Crédit Agricole.

Most consultancies offer training. I built an ecosystem.

École de l'Audace
  • My newest venture: a 9-month, CPF-eligible certificate program built with KEDGE Business School, training future founders in the practical skills of building a company from scratch, from validating an idea to pitching investors.
  • It carries real institutional weight: a certificate from one of France's top business schools, access to a network of 80,000+ alumni, and a curriculum built alongside Christophe Garonne, KEDGE's Academic Director of Entrepreneurship. I bring the audacity. KEDGE brings the rigor.
The Wonders
  • Equity Nation works inside company walls. The Wonders exists for the people company walls don't reach yet.
  • Since 2020, The Wonders has run a 12-Week Entrepreneurship Program that's helped 500+ women in France launch purpose-driven businesses, and created the Women of Impact Awards to put names and faces on changemakers who usually get left out of the story.
Where it started
  • Before any of this, I co-founded The Great Village in 2018, the world's first barter-based cooperative incubator. We unlocked €5 million in resources for social entrepreneurs across a 3,000-member community and supported more than 300 founders directly.
  • We also shut it down when we couldn't find a sustainable business model, and that's the lesson that shaped every business decision I've made since: purpose without a viable model is just a nice idea.

I don't just solve problems. I build the systems, and train the people, who keep solving them after I've moved on.
