I don't just solve problems. I build the systems, and train the people, who keep solving them after I've moved on.
Fatou N'Diaye

I've built five companies, and they all started the same way: I saw something broken in how people get to work, to lead, to be seen, and I decided to fix it myself. I believe a better society is possible, one where more people get to feel capable, valued, and genuinely happy, not despite the system, but because of it.

Every company I've built is really the same project: find what's keeping people stuck, and build something solid enough to move it.

That's the throughline from a barter-based incubator in 2018 to a certifying business school program in 2025.

How I BuildFatou N'Diaye, Entrepreneur

Three steps, five companies, one method

01

Start with what you have

Your skills, your network, what you're willing to risk. Not a perfect plan.

02

Build, then test

Put something real in front of real people before you feel ready.

03

Let the project tell you what it wants to become

That's effectuation, the entrepreneurship theory behind every one of my five companies, and what I now teach.

The Organizations I've BuiltFatou N'Diaye, Entrepreneur

Two active ventures, carrying everything I've learned since 2014

Founded 2025

École de l'Audace

A 9-month, CPF-eligible entrepreneurship program built with KEDGE Business School.

  • My newest venture: training future founders in the practical skills of building a company from scratch, from validating an idea to pitching investors.
  • It carries real institutional weight: a certificate from one of France's top business schools, access to a network of 80,000+ alumni, and a curriculum built alongside Christophe Garonne, KEDGE's Academic Director of Entrepreneurship. I bring the audacity. KEDGE brings the rigor.

Equity Nation

Leadership programs and culture consulting for high-performing organizations.

  • In 2020, I created the Equity Workshop™ (La Fresque de l'Équité) to help teams understand what was holding their talent back. It's grown into Equity Nation: a company that helps organizations build the leadership capability behind high-performing cultures, where every talent can contribute and thrive.
  • Equity Nation isn't a single workshop, it's a full ecosystem built to support organizations through their entire transformation: leadership programs, keynotes, culture audits, governance frameworks, corporate licensing, and formats like our Bias Workshop, Salary Transparency training and guide, and Intergenerational Program. All of it delivered by The Equity Collective, our network of 125+ experienced, certified facilitators across 10 countries.
  • Our biggest engagement to date: a four-day leadership seminar for one of the largest French banks, training 2,000 managers across 40+ cohorts through 2027.

Most consultancies offer training. I built an ecosystem.

The Wonders

500+

Equity Nation works inside company walls. The Wonders exists for the people company walls don't reach yet: a 12-Week Entrepreneurship Program that's helped 500+ women in France launch purpose-driven businesses, and the Women of Impact Awards, which puts names and faces on changemakers who usually get left out of the story.

Founded 2018

The Great Village

€5M

Before any of this, I co-founded the world's first barter-based cooperative incubator. We unlocked €5 million in resources for social entrepreneurs across a 3,000-member community and supported more than 300 founders directly. We also shut it down when we couldn't find a sustainable business model, and that's the lesson that has shaped every business decision I've made since: purpose without a viable model is just a nice idea.

Founded 2014

Little Pixie Box

01

My very first company, launched in Singapore in 2014. Little Pixie Box designed and delivered DIY birthday party boxes, giving parents everything they needed to throw their kids an unforgettable party themselves. Small box, big lesson: people don't just want a product, they want to feel proud of what they built with it. I've carried that into every company since.

Work with me

The formats companies actually bring me in for, from a single workshop to a multi-year transformation. This is what you're booking.

01

Corporate culture transformation

Turning good intentions into leadership habits and systems that actually change how a company runs.

02

Equity review, strategy and implementation

An audit of what's really holding your talent back, followed by a plan built to fix it.

03

Coaching & workshops

Hands-on sessions that build the skills and confidence to lead differently, not just talk about it.

04

Gender equality training program design

Custom programs that turn commitment to gender equality into concrete, measurable practice.
